Violators will face a $1000 fine and/or up to six months in jail. Why would someone create such a dumb law you might ask? City workers complain about messy cleanups, people claim they are victims of a shooting after being sprayed, and randomly being sprayed has even started a few brawls.</p>
<p>The weird law was signed in 2004 and is still in effect as of 2010. If you ask us, this dumb law is just <em>silly</em>!</p>

<p>We thought this was interesting and the last part is so true. It is hard to verify these dumb and stupid laws are legit.</p>
