Now this story is seriously F’d up. The popular hardcore Toronto band F*cked Up (that is there actual name) claimed they were being sued by an energy drink company for defamation. At the end of the day, this lawsuit was a fake leaving behind hundreds if not thousands of April Fool’s day hoax victims.

The announcement stirred up quite a commotion amongst F*cked Up’s followers and to pour salt in the wound, the act even went on Canada’s MuchMusic to further “validate” their story.

Whether this was a publicity stunt or cry for attention, it is safe to say this is F’d up, but then again what else would you expect from a band named F*cked Up?
