According to TMZ.com, “Iron Chef” Mario Batali is being served a hot bowl of litigation soup. Former employees of Mario Batali’s restaurants have filed a lawsuit claiming Mario and his business partner were running a tip-stealing scheme. In short, the former employees were screwed out of money!

This isn’t the first time Mario Batali has been involved in a legal battle. A similar lawsuit was filed against his New York restaurant Babbo. Deja vu? Coincidence? Unlikely but Mario Batali will have his day in court to defend his innocence.
