Famous, but not funny, this lawsuit has swept through every dinner conversation across the nation. Most of us saw a 20 second news clip and figured this was another frivolous lawsuit in which someone was attempting to pull a scam and make a quick buck.

It actually appears for once this was not the case for a lawsuit filed by an elderly woman in New Mexico. (more…)
