Roberta sent the bras off to a lab for testing and found they contained formaldehyde, a popular embalming ingredient. Similar to latex, some people are extremely allergic to formaldehyde which explains the itchy rash Roberta and other consumers have allegedly received.

With the secret out, others are coming forward with similar claims which screams Class Action Lawsuit. Luckily, Victoria’s Secret has plenty of skins to cover the costs and their @ss… but only for this lawsuit as the models have a job to do!

Had this lawsuit been filed for $4 million dollars, it probably would have been settled “behind doors”. Instead, on behalf of all Asians in Los Angeles, a woman by the name of Lucie Kim filed a civil rights class action lawsuit against Miley Cyrus for $4 billion.

That’s right, $4 billion dollars “mwahahahaha”. Obviously, this lady falls into one of three categories. Either she is:

1) The definition of a complete moron.
2) Silly drunk, probably drinking Saki this very moment.
3) Extremely clever. Knowing $4 billion was extremely outlandish, this lady knew it would get tons of free press coverage bringing light to her cause while publicly humiliating a celebrity.

Either way, this lawsuit is just another example of the Golden Rule. When seeking stardom, you sign your privacy away and everything you do or say will be tomorrow’s headline.

According to TMZ, this lawsuit was eventually thrown out… but not before we all got a few laughs.
