The popular lingerie company could not keep this story a secret! An Ohio woman Roberta Ritter filed a lawsuit in 2008 against Victoria’s Secret claiming their bras gave her blistery red hot welts that itched like crazy.
Roberta sent the bras off to a lab for testing and found they contained formaldehyde, a popular embalming ingredient. Similar to latex, some people are extremely allergic to formaldehyde which explains the itchy rash Roberta and other consumers have allegedly received.
With the secret out, others are coming forward with similar claims which screams Class Action Lawsuit. Luckily, Victoria’s Secret has plenty of skins to cover the costs and their @ss… but only for this lawsuit as the models have a job to do!
