Victoria’s Secret Lawsuit – Hot!

The popular lingerie company could not keep this story a secret! An Ohio woman Roberta Ritter filed a lawsuit in 2008 against Victoria’s Secret claiming their bras gave her blistery red hot welts that itched like crazy.

Roberta sent the bras off to a lab for testing and found they contained formaldehyde, a popular embalming ingredient. Similar to latex, some people are extremely allergic to formaldehyde which explains the itchy rash Roberta and other consumers have allegedly received.

With the secret out, others are coming forward with similar claims which screams Class Action Lawsuit. Luckily, Victoria’s Secret has plenty of skins to cover the costs and their @ss… but only for this lawsuit as the models have a job to do!

Captain Crunch – No Real Fruit!

What an idiot! Janine Sugawara filed a class action against the makers of Cap’n Crunch stating this sugary sweet cereal is misleading consumers into thinking they are eating real fruit.

The judge dismissed the case on the basis crunch berries do not grow naturally on trees. If they did grow on trees, we are positive this lady would try to smoke them.

Super Bowl Lawsuit – Janet Jackson Mishap

It is once again the BIG day and the Super Bowl is about to begin. Lets take a look at a lawsuit that involved Janet Jackson a few years back.

Everybody remembers the incident. During the Super Bowl Halftime Show, Janet Jackson and Justin Timberlake were performing and as a part of the gig, Justin Timberlake somehow managed to pull a patch from Janet Jackson’s outfit, exposing her breast to the masses. Some were shocked, disturbed, or happy to get a sneak peek. Others were outraged.

Within three days of the incident, a woman in Tennessee decided to file a class action lawsuit on behalf of Americans who were exposed to Ms. Jackson’s “sexual” behavior. The lawsuit sought punitive damages, although the exact number was not disclosed.

This Super Bowl may bring a new history making surprise, but only time will tell.
