Paula Deen signed a contract with Celebrity Chefs Tour LLC to go on tour and provide live cooking demonstrations. But, the $150,000 advance check written to Paula bounced and she decided to cut ties claiming Celebrity Chefs Tour was in breach of contract.

After suing Celebrity Chefs Tour LLC for $1 million in February, Paula Dean is now being counter-sued for $40 million.

It will be interesting to see who gets “cooked” when this famous lawsuit is finally worked out.

This lawsuit combines the best of both worlds.

When you take a woman from New York who happens to be a lawyer and throw in a wedding, out comes Bridezilla! Elana Glatt decided to sue her florist after they did not furnish the anticipated flower arrangements for her wedding.

The flowers were prepared by a Manhattan Floral Company for the amount of roughly $27,000. Elana is suing for $400,000 claiming breach of contract! Taking into consideration reasonable restitution and damages, where in the h@ll did she come up with this number?

All said in done, the real victim in this story is the poor man Elana married.

This lawsuit is not only weird, it is straight creepy! A lady by the name of Ms. Grezinsky (moron) is suing the cemetery she plans to be buried in. Why or how you may ask? Moron believes her choice of resting place is in breach of contract and is also misrepresenting religious beliefs.

Lets pick apart these arguments:

1) Breach of contract – burying non lodge members.

A contract was signed in the 30′s stating only members would be buried in this particular cemetery. But, exceptions were inked for people in need or for charitable reasons.

2) Headstone design – offends religious beliefs.

Moron states her religious sensibility is at stake. She thinks the design of the headstones is tacky and has gone as far to say the Star of David and writing on the back of headstones is Unorthodox. The lawyer representing the cemetery just so happens to be an Orthodox Rabbi which confirms Moron’s claims do not violate Jewish customs. S**t, there goes that idea!

The only thing dead in this cemetery is this woman’s sensibility.
