Police Officer Bites Woman
Now this is a frivolous lawsuit! A woman was bitten in her ass by a Police Officer (well, actually a K9) after an argument escalated between her, her daughter, and the police.
Great family… the police would not have even been there if her daughter stayed in school and her son did not have outstanding warrants.
I digress, lets get to the frivolous part.
After the altercation, the woman sued and listed the Police K9 as one of the defendants. This insanity resulted in a $500 fine from the judge. Further, the woman did not show up for her court hearing and was fined another $500.
After having her ass handed to her on several occasions, the woman’s case was asked to be dismissed.
