It is almost cliche to cover this story but what the hell. We are all aware of this one right? Anna Ayala goes to Wendy’s, orders chili along with her meal, and then claims she found a severed fingertip in the chili she ordered.
Everyone knows working in fast food does not require a special skill set and it surely does not pay well. But, anyone can count their fingers and report back to corporate all extremities are intact.
It is also interesting to point out this woman has a history of not-so-famous lawsuits. She filed lawsuits against her old boss for sexual harassment and another against a car dealership for a wheel gone loose… among others. Another lawsuit was filed by Anna and her daughter against El Pollo Loco under claims of food poisoning. Whether this particular claim was legit is unknown, but in our opinion, Anna is a waste of human energy if she brought her own daughter into a frivolous lawsuit.
