It is once again the BIG day and the Super Bowl is about to begin. Lets take a look at a lawsuit that involved Janet Jackson a few years back.
Everybody remembers the incident. During the Super Bowl Halftime Show, Janet Jackson and Justin Timberlake were performing and as a part of the gig, Justin Timberlake somehow managed to pull a patch from Janet Jackson’s outfit, exposing her breast to the masses. Some were shocked, disturbed, or happy to get a sneak peek. Others were outraged.
Within three days of the incident, a woman in Tennessee decided to file a class action lawsuit on behalf of Americans who were exposed to Ms. Jackson’s “sexual” behavior. The lawsuit sought punitive damages, although the exact number was not disclosed.
This Super Bowl may bring a new history making surprise, but only time will tell.
