It started in 2004, with the woman attempting to scheme people, in and out of state, by claiming she was involved in battery cases, but not quite having the money for attorney fees. An accomplice, or “co-schemer”, would even go as far as sending letters that the woman had been involved in a violent assault at work. Of course it was then explained that the employer was to be sued and members of the non-existent “family” would sue as well.

It gets better. For the next four years, other victims assisted in sending the woman money for the fake lawsuit. It was even written within the plea agreement to do so, something as devious as the criminal themselves. This person went as far as pretending to be lawyers, attorneys and family members – communicating via e-mail and instant messages – to the victims. After she was apprehended, a grand estimate of over 400,000 dollars is to be paid to the victims.

For example, a woman playing golf hit the ball into railroad tracks only to find the ball crashing back in her face. Horrible coincidence right? The courts didn’t think so and awarded her $40,000.

How about a $2 million dollar paint job? A guy bought a BMW only to find out it had been repainted prior to his purchase due to damage from acid rain. His reward… $2,004,000.

A Swedish man donated his sperm to a lesbian couple so they could start a family. However, the same sex relationship did not last and one of the woman ended up suing the biological father for child support. She won and now this generous sperm donor is coughing up over $3,000 a year.

Ever walked by a vending machine and had it fall on you? This does not happen by chance. A teen was trying to steal a soda and his struggle to save a buck ended up costing him his life when the soda machine fell on top of him. His family sued Coca Cola for over a half million, blaming the company for not securing their machines and posting signs.

And the finale… a man turned gay after being rear-ended. No really, this guy got into a rear-end collision. Several years later, the man left his wife and started to frequent gay bars. Claiming the rear-end collision changed his personality (obviously more than that), this newly established gay man was awarded $200,000. His wife… she was awarded $25,000.

The announcement stirred up quite a commotion amongst F*cked Up’s followers and to pour salt in the wound, the act even went on Canada’s MuchMusic to further “validate” their story.

Whether this was a publicity stunt or cry for attention, it is safe to say this is F’d up, but then again what else would you expect from a band named F*cked Up?

Ever seen the YouTube video of the guy who thought he won the lottery after his buds bought him a ticket for his birthday? That was just an evil prank, but we sure did get a good laugh at birthday boys expense.

Similar to this prank, you can now file your own fake lawsuit. Or how about a paternity suit or fake strip search warrant? While you are at it, why not a file a palimony suit or create a deportation order.

The possibilities are endless.

This lady was with a real winner, a guy that is currently in jail and has over 25 felonies. In between serving time, she decided to have a child with her “catch” and after 5 years, she finally woke up and decided to move on.

Now this lady has a new man and baby’s daddy. Things were going great until she received a letter from the jail in which she finds out a lawsuit has been filed against her… her ex is using the child to get back at her. The ex demands the ability to talk and write to his son without intervention.

The document appears to be legit, but, there are suspicions it may be a fake lawsuit as the legal document does not contain a case number. Now this woman is reaching out to the web for advice.

Regardless of whether this lawsuit is real or fake, can someone say Jerry! Jerry! Jerry!
